MAXIMUMROCKNROLLs of film

Anyone that is a fan of hardcore punk already knows Maximumrocknroll, one of the best and longest running punk fanzines out of the US. And like most folks (myself included) they have a blog; one of my favourite parts is naturally the Monday Photo Blog, where people are asked to send in photos from shows they’ve seen and each Monday, new photos are uploaded.
After I’d developed my roll from Straightjacket Nation’s show here at Koma F I decided to give it a shot and send a few through, and, to my surprise (and elation) they were posted this week. I have to say, I’m quite stoked that an esteemed publication such as MRR deem my work worthy: not too shabby for a hobby photographer, nö? OK OK, so maybe I’m putting a little too much into it but really, I’m just kind of excited.
In other news, today I’ve uploaded a bunch of photos to my Flickr page while I’m at home recuperating from some kind of swine/bird/generic animal flu, so if you’re interested, you can see them …
