Blistering. surgically-precise, noise-drenched powerviolence/fastcore from Adelaide … splendid stuff. I managed to get number 8/15 of their Piss Eyes cassette, which is rolled gold but seeing them live is a whole other story. My earholes hate me still but to hell with them … they’re already on their way out anyhow.
Opening the show was my friend Cher’s band Grimalkin. We work at Zuma together and wag chins over various wordly topics at the dishwasher, like the culture vultures that we are. They blew the lid off the joint and drew the heaviest crowd on the night. These guys are gonna take over the place, watch out …
